Anneka Peterson

Anneka Peterson is a paralegal at Kohlmeyer Hagen, Law Office Chtd.. Anneka graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology of Law, then completed a post-baccalaureate certification in Paralegal Studies. Anneka joined the firm in 2020 and brought ten years of experience as a personal injury and criminal law paralegal. Anneka’s attention to detail is superb, and that, paired with her ability to maintain professionalism, even in the face of high-stress situations, helps put clients at ease. Anneka enjoys running, reading, traveling and spending time with her family in her free time.
Brandi Forstner

Brandi Forstner joined Kohlmeyer Hagen, Law Office Chtd., after working in family law for nearly ten years. Brandi has a legal administrative assistant associate’s degree and a dual degree in Sociology and Corrections. Brandi’s wealth of family law litigation cycle knowledge helps her answer your tough questions. Brandi was born and raised in St. James but lives in Lake Crystal with her husband and son. Brandi enjoys traveling, concerts and camping with her family outside of work. Fun Fact: Brandi has parked named after her in Saint James, Minnesota
Taylor Burnett

Taylor Burnett


  • Bachelors Degree in Political Science and Economics University of Wisconsin – River Falls
  • Criminal Law
Taylor was raised in a military family and has lived in various parts of the world. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Wisconsin – River Falls before enlisting in the United States Air Force Reserves following graduation. After serving in the military, Taylor entered the legal field and worked for several years as a paralegal and court clerk. He eventually became a criminal paralegal with Kohlmeyer Hagen, Law Office Chtd., and joined the firm in 2022.

When not working, Taylor enjoys spending quality time with his wife and son and pursuing outdoor activities such as hunting and physical fitness. Fun fact, despite living in Misawa, Japan, for six years, Taylor does not speak fluent Japanese.

Juliana Schwan

Juliana Sanchez


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing – Minnesota State University, Mankato
  • Paralegal Certificate – Inver Hills Community College
  • Family Law
Juliana joined the Kohlmeyer Hagen team in 2023 and was quickly promoted to the paralegal position she now enjoys. Her calm and gentle demeanor puts clients at ease, and her thirst for knowledge helps her ability to provide thoughtful answers as she assists clients through their family law journey. Juliana likes to spend time with her 2 dogs and her family in her free time.
Angela Duryee

Angela has been working in the legal field since 2019. She began as a paralegal at Kohlmeyer Hagen Law Office in 2021, and her knowledge of the firm and its culture helped her in becoming an effective leader in her current position as Law Office Administrator. Angela is a good listener, an accomplished educator, and is dedicated to fostering the excellence of quality services provided at Kohlmeyer Hagen Law Office.
Ashley Roemhildt

Ashley Roemhildt


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management – Minnesota State University, Mankato
Ashley is responsible for answering calls and scheduling appointments for clients who wish to meet with attorneys. As our intake specialist, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team with her degree in business management from MSU. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling and spending time with her two Tegus (lizards), Nessie and Kraken.

Her role includes carrying out legal assistant duties to ensure operations run smoothly at Kohlmeyer Hagen. In her free time, Ellie enjoys spending time with her daughters and her dog.
